1. Return Period

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.

If more than 7 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a return or refund, the item must meet the following conditions:
a. Unused and Undamaged: The item must be in its original, unused, and undamaged condition.
b. Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging (or similar protective packaging).
c. Proof of Issue: For damaged or incorrect items, customers must provide clear photos/screenshots of:

d. Excluded Items: Due to the nature of certain products, beauty, cosmetics, perfumes, colognes, skincare, aftershaves, and other hygiene-related products are only eligible for return if they arrive damaged or incorrect. Once opened or used, they are not returnable.
e. Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards, downloadable software, and items marked “final sale” or “clearance” cannot be returned.
3. Return Process
If you wish to initiate a return, please follow these steps:
a. Contact Us: Reach out via our Contact Page within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number, description of the issue, and photos of the product.
b. Approval & RMA: If your request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
c. Secure Packaging: Repack the item securely with the RMA number clearly included.
d. Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
4. Inspection & Refunds
a. Inspection: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item to confirm eligibility.
b. Refund Method: Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
c. Refund Coverage: Refunds cover the item cost only. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
d. Processing Time: Please allow 5–10 business days for your refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
⚠️ Important: Refunds are not automatic. They are subject to our internal review and approval process.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different product, please complete the return process and place a new order separately.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement, refund, or another resolution at no additional cost.
